About Hmmmmr

Hmmmmr is a sound that every little creature in here makes. It goes like hhhmmmrrr… or hmmmmmmmmmrr…or something like it. Sometimes it’s similar to a cat purr, sometimes it sounds more like murmur or even a small growl. These little family of creatures, have been made to bring a bit of good vibes into the world.

As every living being, they developed their own independent personalities. They have their issues. But they are doing quite well. All of them have strongly developed empathy, and have uncommonly vivid imagination. That makes them a material for a perfect companionship.

Hmmmmr creatures begun their life in a little Beskid village surrounded by green hills. They were born in 2014, and they seemed too tiny and defenceless for this cruel world. They needed some time to mature, so they were kept hidden in a deep drawer. They were growing in a very protective atmosphere and now they are ready to see the world. They can’t wait!

Hmmmmr’s mom – Marta Kuliga (born 1985) is a sculptor and set & costume designer, based partly in Jaworze and partly in Warsaw, Poland. She has finished Krakow’s Academy of Fine Arts on Sculpture department. Creature’s mom realises it will be difficult to say bye to her offspring but it’s high time to let them go. Circle of life.
